岗位职责：
1.Leadthecross-functionalprojectteamtoensurenewproductscanbesmoothlylaunchedtomarket,ontime,qualityandcorrectcost.
2.Drivestheideaoftheproductsbeingapartofanintegrateddesignsystem,notstand-alonecomponents.Ensuresthefluidhand-overofnewproductsintoengineeringandsubsequentlymanufacturing.
3.FindoutallpossibleopportunitiestoreachthetargetpriceasdefinedbyProductLineManagement.
4.Identifythepotentialprojectrisksanddefinepossiblesolutionstoreducesuchrisks.
5.Definetheprojectplanningwithprojectteam,monitortheprojectprogressandtoensureadherenceofprojectactivitiesofplanningschedules.
6.Ensuresthatnewproductsareintroducedinatimelymanner.
7.Ensuretheproductqualityiswithinproductspecification.
8.Ensurecurrentproductimprovementideasaredevelopedandimplemented.
9.Otherassignmentfromsuperior.
任职要求：
-Academic/Professionalqualification:UniversityDegreeinEngineering.
-WorkingExperience:
1.Atleast5yearsofbusinessexperience.Atleast2yearsofrecentandrelevantexperienceinprojectmanagementofnewproductdevelopmentwithavolumemanufacturingcompany,preferablybewithexperienceinmultinationalcompanyorTop5ofwhitegoodsenterprisesinChina.
2.Familiarwiththecustomeroriented“NewProductDevelopmentProcess”.
3.Strongskillonleadershipofprojectmanagement.
4.FamiliarwithFMEA&PSRAtool,andwiththeabilitytocreate&executeproductqualityplan;toachieveprojecttargets.
5.Familiarwith6-Sigmaproblemsolvingbackground,orpositiveattitudeforthistypeofactivitylookingforward;
6.SkilledonPro-E;oroneofthesimilarengineeringSW.
7.FamiliarwithproductsafetystandardssuchasGB,UL&IECcompliancestandards.
-LanguageAbility:FluentonwrittenandspokenEnglishandChinesecapability.
