GENERAL COUNSEL工作职责
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
1.制定合规检查计划、拟定检查方案并组织实施、审核和报送合规报告；
Developcomplianceinspectionplan,formulateinspectionplansandorganizeimplementation,reviewandsubmitcompliancereport.
2.构建公司合规管理体系，对公司各部门开展合规审查，识别、评估、监测和报告公司合规风险，并提出控制措施。
Buildupcompliancemanagementsystems,carryoutcompliancereview,identify,evaluate,monitorandreportcompanycomplianceriskthenprovidecontrolsuggestions.
3.监督、检查公司内部控制体系以及风险管理体系的健全性、合理性和有效性；
Superviseandinspectsoundness,rationalityandeffectivenessofcompanyinternalcontrolsystemandriskmanagementsystem
4.组织合规培训和政策宣导，提供合规政策咨询；
Organizecompliancetrainingandpolicydelivery,provideconsultancyofcompliancepolicy
5.对突发的专项专案事件进行专项及专案检查，并追踪整改工作；
Carryoutinspectionsonsuddenspecialprojectsandcases,andtrackrectificationjob
6.其他上级主管要求完成的工作。

任职要求：
QualificationsandRequirements:
1.法律相关专业本科或以上学历，8年工作经验及以上，具有3年以上合规管理工作经验；
Bachelordegreeoraboveoflawrelated,atleast3yearsrelatedworkingexperience.
2.良好的法学理论和分析、判断、解决法律实际问题的能力；
Goodlegaltheoryandanalysis,judge,andlegalproblemsolvingability.
3.具备较强的书面表达能力和口头表达能力，良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力；
Strongwrittenandoralability,goodcommunicationandcoordinationability.
4.具有法律职业资格证书者优先；
