岗位职责：
a)WorkcloselywithdealershipSM/MMtoensurethattheyfollowStrategicSalesdirectionalplanandachievetheirsalestargetonmonthly/quarterly&yearlybasis.
b)Lead&reviewthegenerationofsalesrelatedreport.Conductanalysistoidentifyissuesinthesalesoperationwithindealership/Sub-region/Region.
c)Provideproposalofsolutionstoaddresssalesoperationalissueswithindealership,andconducttacticalprojectstosolvethesalesissuesinvolvingSub-RegionorRegionLevel.
d)Reviewdealeroperationalapplications,clarifyalluncertaintiesandsubmitforDirectorsignature
e)Abletorespondquicklytomarketneedsandconditionsbasedonsub-regionrequirement
f)Abletomeetthechallengesofnetworkandbusinessgrowthwithinthesub-regionbyidentifyingnewbusinessinitiativestoremaincompetitivewithinthesub-region
g)Tomotivate&developfirst&secondlinemanagement
h)ToperformanyresponsibilitiesdelegatedbytheDirector–smart&AMG&V-Class/Vito
任职要求：
1.5+years’experienceinautoindustry
2.Excellentwrittenandoralpresentationskills(EnglishandMandarin)
3.BeskilledinMSOffice,Word,Excel,PowerPoint
