岗位职责：
Accountability:
1.Designandconstructcontrolsystemsforsingledevicesand/orspecificfunctionsofelectricalmachineryandequipmentontheshopfloorinvolvingPLCs(programmablelogiccontrollers).
2.Provideday-to-daysupportforshopfloorPLCsandrelatedhardware,software,andapplications(example–labeling).
3.Implementstandardengineeringpractices,aswellasprovidedetaileddocumentationuponprojectcompletion
4.Respondtotheneedsandquestionsofshopfloorusersconcerningtheiraccessanduseofshop-floorPLCapplications,applicationsissues,andtrainingneeds.
5.Detectfailures/errors,analyzerootcausesanddevelopaswellasestablishadequatesolutions.
6.Effectivelycommunicateissuesandsolutionstobothtechnicalandnon-technicalpersonnel.
7.Remainabreastofchangesintheuserandsystemsoftwareandhardwarerequirements.
8.MaintainproperbarcodelabelingforidentificationandRFusage(labelsgeneratedbyPLCs).
9.Trainend-usersandmaintainproperdocumentationwithPLC’sandotherrelatedshop-floorapplications.
10.UnderstandandcomplywithQS-9000andISO-14000requirements.
11.Actaspartoftheteamprovidingsupportduringtheplantoperation.

Requirements:
·VocationaltraininginMechatronics/PLCProgrammer/TechnicalEngineering
·Min.2yearsofprofessionalexperienceinamanufacturingenvironment
·Advancedknow-howinelectronics
·ProfoundSiemensStep7skills(hard-andsoftware)
·ExperiencedwithPLCProgramming(Siemensautomationanddrives;Step7,SimaticServer,andWINAC)andspecialtyProgramming(Robot,CameraSystem,ServoPress,etc.)
·Demonstratedteamwork-orientation,communicationandanalyticalthinkingskills
·StrongcomputerskillsinMicrosoftSoftwareandDatabaseSoftware
·FluentEnglish
