China R&D Director工作职责

岗位职责：

1.ResponsibleforPETFoamprojectinSuzhouplant.NewPETFoamextrusionlinesetupandproductionlinemodificationprojectinChina.Identifiesopportunitiesforimprovementandmakesconstructivesuggestions.

2.Understandschangeresultingfromimprovementeffortsandintegratespositivechangesintotheprojectprocess.LeadingprojectsrelatedtothepolyolefinproductionprocessinginChina.

3.Developstheabilitytopresentprojectplansandopportunitiesviawritten,verbalorgrouppresentationstovariousaudienceswhoarestakeholdersforimprovement.

4.Managesprojectexpensesandequipmentpricewithintheprojectorganization.Providedesign,engineeringandtrainingsupportforassignedR&Dprojectswhichmayvaryfromequipmentdesignormodification,productand/orproductdevelopmenttomanufacturingsupportandprocesscontrol.

5.Planandformulateaspectsofresearchanddevelopmentsuchasobjectiveorpurposeofprojects,applicationsthatcanutilizedfromfindings,costsofprojectsandequipmentandhumanresourcerequirements.Motivatesteamtoworktogetherinthemostefficientmanner.Inspirescoworkerstoattaingoalsandpursueexcellence.

6.CollaborateswithAPACprojectMgr,purchasingandlocalplantmanagerininvestigating,analyzingandplanningactionforcorrectionofprojectproblems

7.Contributesconstructiveideasandcriticaldataforthedesignandnewequipmentandmodificationstoexistingequipmentindifferentfacilityofcompany.He/sheneedtoquicklybecomefamiliarwiththeexistingprocessesinChina/worldwidewhiledirectingsomelocalprocessimprovementaswellascapitalprojects.

8.EnsurescompliancewithWCMSafetyPillarforimprovedsafetyperformancewiththegoalofzeroaccidents.

任职要求：

1.ProfessionalEngineer,preferablyMechanical,IndustrialorChemical

2.Bachelordegreeorabove,atleastfiveyears’experienceinprojectmanagement.

3.Abilitytousepeopleskillstoovercomeanyresistancefromdepartmentsandpersonnelaffectedbyhis/herprojects.Cooperationthroughcommunication.

4.Abilitytoeffectivelyexpressopinionsandideasisessentialwhendealingwithnewareas/topicsandproblemsolving/brainstorming.

5.Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskillsarerequired.Understandshowtocommunicatedifficult/sensitiveinformationtactfully.

6.Demonstratewillingnesstoworkhands-onwithprocesses

7.ExcellentcomputerskillsandCAD/Designsoftware,workingknowledgeofspreadsheets,databasesandwordprocessingisrequired.PreferautomationandPLCsoftwaremodificationasvalueaddingskills.

8.ExcellentcommunicationskillsinbothEnglishandChinese

9.Deliversengaging,informative,well-organizedpresentations.
