岗位职责：
1：Supporttobuild-upandmaintainthedevelopmentlab.Ensurecompliancetoallofficialregulationsandthecompany-policiesrelatedtoHealth,EnvironmentandSafety(HSE),particularlyworkplacesafetyindailylaboperation.Workuptoazero-accidentstrategybyadoptingazero-tolerancecultureinworkplacesafety.
Makesuredailychemicalanalysisanddevelopmentrelatedtasksareconductedaccordingtoplans.Buildknow-howaroundestablishedtest-methodsandworkontheirimprovementaswellasonthedevelopmentoffunctionsimulationtests.
Striveforappropriatetestingandanalysisdocumentationcomplyingwithofficialregulationsandthecompanypolicies.
2:Supportidentificationofalternativelocalrawmaterialsuppliersandqualificationoflocalsourcesexecutingreasonabletestandsimulationplans.Workinclosecooperationwithotherfunctions.eg.quality,sourcing,production,marketingandthevariousteamsinKaufering,GermanyandSchaan,Liechtenstein.
3:Takeresponsibilitytohandlelocalproductcareactivitiesrelatedtochemicalanchorproducts.Extendtootherproductsasneeded.Quickreactionandeffectivecommunicationtosolvecustomercomplaints.
4:
Workaccordingtogoodscientificpractice,applyingsystematicmethods(e.g.DoE–designofexperimentswheremeaningful)insenseofqualityandcosts.
Beproactiveinscoutingforandofferingofrecommendationsforimprovementsandfurtheractionstooptimizeandultimatelydevelopchemicalmortarsbasedonresultsanalysis.
5:Buildupsoundcompetenceregardingtechnical/physical/chemicalfunctionoftheproductsystems,materialsandproductionprocesses,customerapplicationsfortheseproducts,andrecipeanalysisaswellasevaluationmethods.
6:Proactivelyshareknowledgeregardingchemistry,technologyandnewunderstandingofprocesses,standards,codesandregulations,etc.withtheteam.
任职要求：
1:Bachelordegreeandabove,majoringinOrganicChemistry,PolymerChemistryorMaterialScience(withastrongfocusonChemistry)
2:GoodcommandofEnglish-writtenandspoken
3:
Goodinnovationandproblem-solvingskillswithadrivetoimplementsolutions
4:Experienceinamultinationalcompanypreferred,particularlychemicalindustryinaR&Dfunction
