岗位职责：
Productiontransferprojectimplementation
-Independentlyhandleassignedtransferprojects
-CommunicatewithHQ,CVandcrossfunctiondepartments’colleaguescloselytorunprojectssmoothly.
-Learnandunderstandnewproductsandmanufactuingprocessrequirements.
-Coordinatepreparationwork,e.g.thenewBOMcreationandsystemsetting,thetransferofdocuments,materialsandtools.Checkthereadinessofpreparation.
-Participateintransferprojecttrailrunandaudit.Workingtogetherwithteamtoidentify,recordandtaketheactionstothecorrectionandimprovementopportunities.
-Collectandsummarizetheproductiondata/reports,convertthemtorequireddocumentsandinputthemintosystemontime
-Reviewtheprojectmilestones,ensuretheprojectisfollowingtheplanandtheindexareabletoreachthegoals.Taketheactionsonceanydeviationswerefound.
-Trainingoflineleader/mentorsfornewproducts.
PC/KTSverification&PCImplementation
-PlanthetrialrunforKTSandPCverificationaccordingtotherequestsfromCDV/PCmanagers.
-Coordinatethenewdocuments/materials/fixtures/systemsettingpreparationfortrialrunandPCimplementation.
-Collectthetrialrundataanddofurtheranalysis.
-Disposalofabnormalitiesduringtrialrun,takeandtracktheactions.
-Maintainprojectrecordsanddocumentation.
OthertasksassignedbySupervisor,forexample:
-Supportimprovementactivities.
-Supporttheautomationanddigitizationprojects,likeautomationblockB,MES
-Workassubstituteduringabsenceofothercolleague.
任职要求：
Knowledgebaseinelectronics，bachelor'sdegree
3years'workingexperienceinprojectorproductchangemanagement
KnowledgeofelectronicscomponentsandPCBAassemblyprocess
Goodcommunicationskills,begoodatcrossdepartmentcooperation
GoodspokenandwrittenEnglish
