临床医学工作职责

岗位职责：

1.负责招募海外医学编辑/专家，对候选人的专业能力给予评估，为公司储备合适的人才；

2.对临床相关项目进行售前评估，给予科学的评估报告；

3.协助项目经理沟通海外编辑/专家，确保项目顺利完成；

4.对临床相关项目进行质控并给予修改意见和建议；

5.对项目部和销售部员工进行专业培训，以提高员工专业水平。

任职要求：

1.临床医学博士或以上学历；

2.以第一作者或者通讯作者发表过多篇临床医学SCI论文；

3.有临床医学研究设计、数据统计经验者优先；

4.有临床基金标书撰写经验并获得资助者优先。

2.Conductingpre-salesevaluationforclinicalrelatedprojectsandprovidingscientificevaluationreports;

3.Assistingtheprojectmanagerstocommunicatewithoverseaseditors/expertstoensurethesmoothcompletionoftheproject;

4.Conductingqualitycontrolforclinicalrelatedprojectsandprovindingcommentsandsuggestions;

5.Conductingprofessionaltrainingfortheprojectdepartmentandsalesstafftoimprovetheprofessionallevelofemployees.

Jobrequirements:

1.Doctordegreeoraboveinclinicalmedicine;

2.PublishedanumberofSCIpapersinclinicalmedicinewiththefirstauthororcorrespondingauthor;

3.Experienceinstudydesigninclinicalmedicalresearchanddatastatisticsispreferred;

4.Experienceinresearchgrantproposalwritinginclinicalmedicine,andfavoritewithexperiencethatgotgrantproposalsfunded.
