岗位职责：
Developsandmaintainspositiverelationshipswithclients.Attendsclientmeetings.
Coordinates,overseesand/ormanagesrepairandmaintenanceworkassignmentsperformedbytechnicians,vendorsandcontractorsperformingbuildingmaintenance,landscapingandjanitorialwork.Reviewsworkorderstoensurethatassignmentsarecompleted.
Responsibleforfacilitiesinspectionsandreports.
Coordinatesandmanagesmoves,addsandchangeactivities.
Obtainsandreviewspricequotesfortheprocurementofparts,services,andlaborforprojects.
Managescapitalprojects.Preparescapitalprojectandoperatingbudgetandvariancereports.
Managesvendorrelationshipsandtrainsvendorsonworkorderandbillingprocedures.Responsibleforinvoiceprocessingandaccuracyofcostcentercoding.
Usespcand/orPDAforworkordersystem,email,ESSandtraining.
Providesprocessandproceduretraining.
Conductsfinancial/businessanalysisincludingpreparationofreports.
Coordinates,overseesand/ormanagesrepairandmaintenanceworkassignmentsperformedbytechnicians,vendorsandcontractorsperformingbuildingmaintenance,landscapingandjanitorialwork.
Otherdutiesmaybeassigned.
任职要求：
EDUCATIONandEXPERIENCE
Highschooldiplomaorgeneraleducationdegree(GED)required.Minimumoffouryearsofrelatedexperienceand/ortraining.AssociatesdegreeorBachelorsdegreepreferredwithfocusonbusiness,technicalormanagementareas.Priorsupervisoryexperiencepreferred.
CERTIFICATESand/orLICENSES
FacilityManagementcertificationpreferred.Driver'slicensemayberequired.
COMMUNICATIONSKILLS
Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.Strongorganizationalandanalyticalskills.Abilitytoprovideefficient,timely,reliableandcourteousservicetocustomers.Abilitytoeffectivelypresentinformation.Abilitytorespondeffectivelytosensitiveissues.
FINANCIALKNOWLEDGE
Requiresadvancedknowledgeoffinancialtermsandprinciples.Abilitytocalculateintermediatefiguressuchaspercentages,discounts,andcommissions.Conductsadvancedfinancialanalysis.
REASONINGABILITY
Abilitytocomprehend,analyze,andinterpretcomplexdocuments.Abilitytosolveproblemsinvolvingseveraloptionsinsituations.Requiresadvancedanalyticalandquantitativeskills.
