岗位职责:BusinessDevelopmentOfQualityResidentServices:
·ParticipateandcoordinatethedifferentsalesstageswithsalesteamsforthedevelopmentofQualityResidentServicesinFrance,
·Developmentofbusinessofferings,particularlywithregardstoqualityresidentactivitiesandcreateTechnicalandCommercialOffers,
·Participatetothetendersifnecessary,
·PlanandexecutesalesstrategiesofResidentEngineeringServices
·Builduppartnershipwithcustomers(OEMsandsuppliers).
OperationalSupport&Improvement:
·Residentprojectlaunch&closing
·Followuptheactivitiestoensuretheconsistencyofservicesdeliveredtoourcustomers.
·Establish,monitorandimproveassignedKPIs,
·Elaborateandimplementcorrectiveactionplanifnecessary,
·Identifyandputinplace"QualityResidentprojects"toimproveourpractices(launch,followup&closing),
·EvaluationofprojectsandfeedbackLessonsLearnedstatements,
·Monitorandreportonprogresstowardsachievementofplansandstrategies.
TeamManagement
·ManagetheResidentQualityEngineerTeamandtechnicians
·Assigngoalsandevaluatetheperformanceoftheteam,
·Participateintraininganddevelopingtheteam
·ContributetobuildupaQualityResidentTeamandofferarecruitmentplanwhenit’snecessary,
·Putinplaceadaptedinductionprogram,
·Ensureteammembersunderstandcustomerneedsanddelivertheexpectedoutcomes,
·Reviewworkprocessesandputinplacecontinuousimprovementplanifnecessary.

·EstablisharegularandappropriatecommunicationwiththeManager,
·ElaborateappropriatedashboardstomonitortheQualityResidentServicesactivities(projecttracking,businessdevelopmentactions,P&L,invoicing,cashcollection),
·Alertthehierarchyincaseofriskorproblemwiththeassignmentsorwiththeteam,
·Directreportsto:GlobalResidentEngineeringDirector(TreQBU)
·Dotedlinereportsto:CountryManagerTrigoChina
KeyResponsibilities
·ManagementanddevelopmentofResidentengineeringservicesinChina
·FullP&LresponsibilityofQualityResidentbusinessinChina,
·Representationofthecompanykeepingthebusinessgoalsinmind,
·Ensureclientsatisfaction,
·Elaborateappropriateindicatorsandreporting,
·Communicatewithpartnersonaregularbasis
·Compliancewiththepartners’requests
·Ensurecompliancewithapplicablelawsandeffectiveinternalresolutions,regulationsspecifiedbythecompany
QualityManagementSystem:
·ApplytherulesandproceduresdefinedintheTRIGOGroup

·EnsurestaffareinformedofandtrainedinHealthandSafetyprocessesintheirspecificareasofwork.

任职要求:
·TechnicalUniversityorCollegedegree(Msc.orBsc.),
·5-8yearsofrelevantexperienceinfieldofQualityorcustomerQuality(industrialarea),
·3+yearsworkingexperienceinamultinationalenvironmentisanadvantage,
·3+years’experienceinautomotivebusiness(OEMand/orsupplierside).
