岗位职责:

People–Recruit,Develop,ManageHIGHcalibrePeopleWhoCanmanageGoodRelationshipWithGovernmentInTheMarket

-Ensurethenewteammemberreceivesregularfeedbackduringtheprobationperiodandthataformalmeetingisheldattheendoftheperiodtodiscussperformance.

-FollowupcloselytheProvincialFinanceAcademytrainingprogramsandensureon-the-jobtrainingandcoachingareprovidedtoalllevelofprofessionalstaffincludingremotesiteaccountant.

-EnsureSuccessionplanningisinplaceandbeingexecutedfor>G13staff

-Ensureeffectivehandoverprocessisinplaceandbeingexecutedforalllevelofstaff

Service–EnsureAllInternalStakeholdersAndSupervisingGovernmentOfficialsAreSatisfiedWithOurServices

Property

-Storeperformanceregularreview

-MonitortheactionplanstatusforpotentialLMS(lossmakingstore)withPortfolioandPropertydevelopmentteam.

-Ensureproperinvestmentownershiphasbeenassignedtonewstores,relocatedandrenewalstores

-AssistandworkwithPDtocompletenewsiteandrenewal.

-ToobtainEnterpriseUnifiedCodecertificatefornewstoreby5workingdaysaftertheissuanceofbusinesslicense

-Toensurerelevanttaxregistrationfornewstoreisobtainedby10workingdaysaftertheEnterpriseUnifiedcodecertificateisobtained

-Tohandlethetimelyopeningofnewbankaccountandhavee-bankstatementreadybyonemonthafterobtainingrelevanttaxregistration

Treasuryrelated

-Toensureadequateloosechangeforstores

-Tohandleroutinebankaccountrelatedadministrativetasksuchaschangeofbanksignatory,paymentofbankcharges,etc

-Tokeepgoodcommunicationwithlocalsupportbanks

Transactionrelated

-ToactasakeycommunicationchannelbetweenHQFinanceandProvincialOperationandProvincialOfficeTeam

-Properlyhandlethemonthlyprovincialexpensereimbursement–ensurecompliancewithrelevantcompanypolicyandtimelysubmissiontoregional/HQFinance

-ProperlyhandletheWTCcoupon,suppliercouponandlandlordcardsalesreconciliation–ensuretimelyreconciliationdonewithfollowupactiontimelycarriedoutincaseofirregularity

-Toactasakeycoordinatorforcostsavingandstoreproductivityprogram

-TocheckrelevantsupportingdocumentsforFAtransferanddisposalapplicationsubmitted

-TohandleCEapplicationfromProvincialOfficeandstores

-TohandletaxrelatedadministrativetaskforrelevantWOFEandstoreswheretaxregionexists

-Tohandlequeriesfromlocaltaxbureauandtaxinspectioncase

-TohandletaxregionconsolidationinthecityorprovincewithwhereaWOFEisregistered

-Tohandleadhocprojects,e.g.storeinvestmentownershiptransfer

Reportingrelated

-Topreparemonthlyperformancereviewtoexplorebusinessopportunityandidentifyanyover-spentinprovincialofficeexpenses

-ToprepareannualbudgetbasedonthedirectiongivenbyPGMandtheassumptiongivenbyRegional/HQFinance

-PreparereportsrequestedbyPGMfordifferentpurpose

Product–KnowWhatWeAreSellingInStores,TryToProtectProfitsAndReputation

-Understandtheproductlinesinourstoresandfollowthisonaregularbasis;

-Messageaboutproduct/branddeliverytooutofcompanyareclearandexact

Quality–Accurate,Efficient,EffectiveAndCreative

-Allfinanceinformationcollectedtoprovidedtoanypartiesareaccurate

-Beprompttoreacttootherdepartments’inquiryandhandlealloffinanceissuesefficientlyandproperlyatmarketlevel

-Highqualityanalysiseffectiveandvalidtosupportbusiness

-Keepcloseeyesonprocesscontinuousimprovement

Compliance–Internalandexternalcompliance

-EnsuretherulesandregulationsfromtheGovernmentarewellunderstood

-ToensurerelevantGroupP&PandWTCChinaP&ParebeingcompliedbyProvincialOfficeteam.

任职要求:

1.Atleast10yearsprofessionalexperienceandatleast5yearsinmanagerialposition(withcertainauditexperiencepreferred)

2.Qualifiedaccountant,e.g.ACCA,CICPA,AICPA,etc

3.Possessgoodsenseofcontrol

4.Possesscertaintaxknowledge
