Beresponsibleandaccountableforcoordinationonagroupofrelatedprojectsandprogramactivitiestoachievecustomer’sgoalsand3DScommitments
Ensureconsistentworkbetween3DSEcosystem,Consultant&SystemIntegrators(C&SI)
Explain,demonstrateandprovethevalueof3DSSolutiontoCETCthroughtechnicalexpertisetosupporttherevenuesalesplan
Support,withClientExecutiveand3DSecosystem,thecustomerstrategytodeveloprevenuesbyqualifyinganddrivingnewbusinessopportunitiesforshorttermandmidtermperspectiveinCETC
Representtheinterestsof3DSandactasanExecutivetrustedadvisorforCETC
DevelopstrongleadershiptoinfluenceCustomerTransformationStrategy
Orchestrateandprioritizealltechnicalactivitiesinacoherentwaytodriveandensurebusinessobjectivesachievementandrespectofcustomercommitment
Actasadvocateofthecustomerwithin3DS
Beinstrumentalinallcustomers'escalationprocess(customersatisfaction&businessvalue)
