岗位职责：
Responsiblefortheregionalissuesaboutserviceandsales.
负责处理区域内店铺的服务和销售问题。
Achievesalestargetsbyexecutingmonthlysalesplan
达成美容经理设定的月度销售目标。
Drivetheexecutionofpromotionplan.
监控促销计划的严格执行。
Reviewandanalyzethesalesfiguresregularly,feedbacktheresultstostoremanagementandBAmanager.
周度、月度对销售数据进行回顾、分析，并反馈给店铺管理组和美容经理。
Knowaboutlatestpromotionalgoodsorderingstatustopreventstocks-out
了解最新促销产品的订货量，减少积压库存。
Workwithtrading/vendorstoconsistentlystrivefornewandcreativemethodsofmerchandising.
与采购部和供应商共同协作不断尝试新的有创造性的商品陈列方式。
任职要求：
1.Minimaloneyearexperienceinstoreoperations;sometrainingexperience
至少一年店铺营运工作经验，具一定的培训经验。
2.Understandsstoremerchandising&displaystandards.Familiarwithstoreoperationsoftware:RSIM,BTS,Retalix,PriceCheck,Intrastore
熟悉商品促销和陈列标准。熟悉店铺软件：RSIM,BTS,Retalix,PriceCheck,Intrastore。
3.Strongsenseofresponsibility,confident,awarenessofservice,strongcommunicationandteammanagementskill.
强烈的责任感，自信，有服务意识,优秀的沟通协调技巧和团队管理经验。
4.Collegedegreeorabove.AcceptingtheBeautyorproducttraining,DiplomainBeautyispreferred.
大专或以上学历。曾接受相关技能培训,具相关美容资格证书为佳。
