·Productcontrolplansetupandmaintenance.-Tostandardizemanufacturingprocessflowandqualitycontrolprocess.
·Workasfactorycontactwindowforserviceteamregardingcustomerqualityissueresolutionandcustomersatisfactionimprovementactivity.
·FGproductqualityspecialbuyoffaccordingtoCQEyearlyplanning.
·IssueandfollowupFGproductdeviationreportifnecessary.
·Nonconformancedataanalysisanddriveimprovements.–Qualitydata80/20analysis.
·SupportQAsupervisortoimplementprocessauditandinternalauditaccordingtoQAyearlyplanning.
任职要求:
·ChinesenationalwillingtobebasedinSuzhou,China.
·BachelorsDegreeinEngineeringorequivalent.
·Minimum3yearsworkingexperienceinqualityfunction.
·Familiarwithqualitytoolsandmethodologiestoanalyzeandsolvequalityissues,suchasQC7tools,8D,5why,FMEA,APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC.
·Goodoral,writtenandpresentationcommunicationskillsinbothChineseandEnglish.BeabletocommunicatewithUS/Europe/Asiacolleagueseffectively.
·Goodpersonalandinterpersonalskillstoworksuccessfullywithcross-functionalteamsandorganizationsevenunderpressure.
·Familiarwithassemblymanufacturingprocesses,equipmentbuildingfactoryexperiencewillbepreferred.
